I’m experienced working within Payment, focusing on payment market changes and regulations. Initially focusing on PSD2, GDPR, Autogiro / e-faktura and IFRS 9.
For the last 7+ years I have worked with ISO20022 - spanning from RIX-INST, RIX-RTGS, SWIFT and P27/Bankgirot. I have also worked with the creation of Nordic Payment Council Scheme for Credit Transfer and Credit Transfer Instant.

Responsible for the migration of all the Swedish banks connected to Bankgirot (Sweden's Clearing and Settlement Mechanism).
Bankgirot is developing a new Swedish payment infrastructure with new products and services for clearing and settlement, including a SEK Credit Transfer (based on NPC Credit Transfer Scheme ISO20022). In the role as Migration Manager, I am responsible for the migration of all banks connected to Bankgirot and the migration of socially important payment flows in Sweden. The scope includes migration strategy, migration plan, onboarding and testing with all banks as well as offboarding, support and decomission of existing product and services.
Program Manager for Swedbank's Swedish ISO2002 payment transformation program. A large scale, complex business critical transformation program - ensuring that Swedbank meets authority milestones and regulations, the standardization with ISO20022 and the external milestones related to the Swedish payment market transformation. Securing that Swedbank meet external milestones both through implementing a new payment infrastructure, the development of new products and services. Also establishing organizational readiness by new way of working, support organization, onboarding and migration of products and customers.
Experienced as both Enterprise Epic Owner and Agile Program Manager. Responsible for Swedbank Payment Infrastructure - handling domestic SEK, SEPA and International Payments spanning from batch payments, Instant payments (RIX-INST) as well as high-value payments (RIX-RTGS). Covering areas from Payment Order Management, Payment Processing as well as Gateway, Message & Connectivity on both customer-facing side as well as towards clearing houses, Riksbanken and other central players (through both SWIFT and SIAnet).
Project Manager for Nordic Payment Council (NPC), working with the creation of NPC’s Credit Transfer and Credit Transfer Instant (ISO20022 Payments) Schemes - including Rulebooks and Implementation Guidelines (MIG). Leading working groups and projects to ensure that the schemes meet market needs and technological evolutions.
The main objective is to contribute to harmonised payments in the Nordic market and to set the future standardised Nordic payment products. The NPC Scheme will be delivered by Bankgirot. In addition, Riksbanken payment system RIX is developed based on the NPC Scheme (covering both high value payments in RIX-RTGS as well as a new instant payment infrastructure RIX-INST, based upon TIPS).
Project Manager for "Sweden’s Future Payment Infrastructure" at Swedish Bankers’ Association. A joint initiative by the seven largest banks in Sweden, with the vision to establish a new, joint Swedish payment infrastructure for domestic payments. The project laid the foundation for the Nordic Payments Council (NPC) Schemes, which I was heavily involved in.
The project involved 100+ project members and a dozen sub-projects. My focus was leading PMO, project governance and leading sub-projects. As well as coordination and reporting to steering committee. Gladly, I was also able to contribute into this Business Development project trough participate widely in business discussions and analysis.
I performed a strategic analysis for GetSwish AB, that was presented for the CEO and board of GetSwish. The client was very satisfied with the delivery and extended the consulting mission for CGI. Since I was already allocated to another customer, I did not continues the work after the strategic analysis phase.
Responsible for regulatory changes and compliance and Head of PSD2. Responsible for several compliance and regulatory investigations - interpreting dozens of directives, standards and regulations within Financial Services.
In my external consulting missions, I mainly worked in roles as Project Manager and Business Consultant.
Program manager responsible for a small scale, but complex, implementation program - delivering systems and applications to combine Business and IT-processes.
Establishing integration between H&Ms ITSM system and vendors’ ITSM applications and later, working with H&M payment integrations. I successfully completed multiple IT implementation projects and coordinated with multiple vendors. In my second full time role - I acted as Program Business Analyst; identifying business change needs, capturing, analysing and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders. Close dialogues with process owners, portfolio managers, end users, system responsible, maintenance team, vendors and partners.
The customer's feedback gave me the award CGI Employee of the Year-´.
Between the years of 2010-2014 I worked as an event project manager - combined with multiple leadership responsibilities.
My biggest qualifications and experiences from these years is being Project Manager for several large scale events in e.g. Ericsson Globe Arena (with >12.000 visitors and coordinating with over 500 support staff) and multiple events in locations such as Kungsträdgården.

I live to serve others! I have on a volunteering basis contributed to society for many years; including serving food to homeless, night walks (Föräldrar på stan / nattvandring) as well as helping and supporting children in low income neighborhoods through activities, happenings and homework support.
